Kauai real estate transactions for the month of February 2017 are reflected on the graph above. 33 Kauai residential homes, 10 vacant Kauai land properties and 30 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in February 2017. The Koloa district led sales with 25 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 21 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 16 transactions, follow by Lihue with 8 transactions and followed by Waimea with 3 transactions.
