Kauai real estate transactions for the month of February 2016 are reflected on the graph above. 37 Kauai residential homes (43% in the Koloa district), 7 vacant Kauai land properties and 21 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in February 2016. The Hanalei district led sales with 20 transactions, followed by Koloa with 19 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 13 transactions, followed by Lihue with 11 transactions and Waimea with 2 transactions.
