Kauai real estate transactions for the month of December 2015 are reflected on the graph above. 48 Kauai residential homes, 9 vacant Kauai land properties and 31 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in December 2015. The Hanalei district led sales with 27 transactions, followed by Lihue with 22 transactions, followed by Koloa with 19 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 17 transactions and Waimea with 3 transactions. The Kapaa district led sales with 266 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 263 transactions, followed by Koloa with 233 transactions, followed by Lihue with 186 transactions and Waimea with 34 transactions.
