Kauai real estate transactions for the month of December 2014 are reflected on the graph above. 35 Kauai residential homes, 15 vacant Kauai land properties and 25 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in December. The Hanalei districts led sales with 23 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 22 transactions, Koloa with 21 transactions, Lihue with 9 and Waimea with 0 transactions.
