The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of August 2014 is reflected on the graph above.  49 Kauai residential homes, 18 vacant Kauai land properties and 20 Kauai condos were sold on  the island of Kauai in August 2014.  The  Koloa district  led sales with 30 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 25 transactions, Hanalei with 19 transactions, Lihue with 8 transactions and Waimea with 5 transactions.
