Kauai real estate transactions for the month of April 2017 are reflected on the graph above. 33 Kauai residential homes, 13 vacant Kauai land properties and 33 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in April 2017. The Koloa district led sales with 24 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 22, followed by Kapaa with 21, followed by Lihue with 9 transactions and followed by Waimea with 3 transactions.
