Kauai real estate transactions for the month of February 2019 are reflected on the graph above. 26 Kauai residential homes, 10 vacant Kauai land properties and 21 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the 2nd month in 2019. The Hanalei district led sales with 16 transactions, followed by the Kapaa district with 15 transactions, followed by Koloa and Lihue with 12 transactions each, and Waimea with 2 transactions.
