The transformation of the Westin Kauai Lagoons is becoming reality. HOKUALA, which means "rising star" in the hawaiian language is Kalapaki’s upcoming luxury resort/residential development. Timber Resorts, headquartered in Carbondale, Colorado is the developer. Phase 1 of the 450 acre project is estimated for completion by end of 2017. It will include 47 three and four bedrooms condos, and 5 luxury townhouses. Each townhouse will have it’s own pool. Condos will be available for purchase as fractionals. The townhouses will be available for full ownership.
