September 2024 Kauai land sales increased by 44.44% compared to September 2023 land sales. September 2024 Kauai condo sales decreased by 15% compared to September 2023 condo sales. Like August, data reveals that despite high interest rates; desirability and limited inventory for Kauai homes made it a seller’s market.
Kauai real property sales for September 2024 are reflected in the graph above. 26 Kauai residential homes, 13 vacant Kauai land properties, and 23 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai, totaling 62 transactions, for the month of September 2024. The Koloa district led sales with 26 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 17 transactions , followed by Kapaa and Lihue with 9 transactions each, and Waimea district with 1 transaction.
