October 2024 Kauai land sales increased by 10% compared to October 2023 land sales. October 2024 Kauai condo sales increased by 50% compared to October 2023 condo sales.
Kauai real property sales for October 2024 are reflected in the graph above. 24 Kauai residential homes, 11 vacant Kauai land properties, and 27 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai, totaling 62 transactions, for the month of October 2024, which happens to be the same amount of transactions for last month, September 2024. The Koloa district led sales with 18 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 17 transactions , followed by Kapaa with 15 transactions and Lihue with 8 transactions each, and Waimea district with 4 transactions.
