Kauai real estate transactions for the month of May 2019 are reflected on the graph above. 56 Kauai residential homes, 16 vacant Kauai land properties and 45 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the 5th month in 2019. This month’s trend was consistent with last month’s trend by district. The Koloa district led sales with 39 transactions, followed by the Kapaa district with 28 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 25 transactions, followed by Lihue with 19 transactions, and Waimea with 6 transactions.
