Kauai real estate transactions for the month of March 2019 are reflected on the graph above. 29 Kauai residential homes, 13 vacant Kauai land properties and 33 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the 3nd month in 2019. The Koloa district led sales with 28 transactions, followed by the Kapaa district with 19 transactions, followed by Lihue with 14 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 12 transactions, and Waimea with 1 transactions.
