Kauai real estate transactions for the month of June 2019 are reflected on the graph above. 62 Kauai residential homes, 15 vacant Kauai land properties and 40 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the 6th month in 2019. The Koloa district led sales with 41 transactions, followed by the Lihue district with 35 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 22 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 13 transactions, and Waimea with 6 transactions.
