Kauai real estate transactions for the month of July 2019 are reflected on the graph above. 107 total Kauai real estate sales, which consist of. 59 Kauai residential homes, 11 vacant Kauai land properties and 37 Kauai condos sold on the island of Kauai for the 7th month in 2019. The Koloa district led sales with 39 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 27 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 21 transactions, followed by the Lihue district with 14 transactions, and Waimea with 6 transactions.
