Kauai real estate transactions for the month of April 2019 are reflected on the graph above. 56 Kauai residential homes, 23 vacant Kauai land properties and 39 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the 4th month in 2019. The Koloa district led sales with 46 transactions, followed by the Kapaa district with 25 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 24 transactions, followed by Lihue with 19 transactions, and Waimea with 4 transactions.
