February 2025 Kauai real estate stats

The February 2024 and February 2025 monthly Kauai real estate comparison reveals that the number of Kauai home sales in February 2025  increased by 33% compared to February 2024 home sales. February  2025 Kauai land sales  decreased by 30%  compared to February 2024 land sales.  February 2025 Kauai condo sales decreased by 18% compared to February 2024 condo sales.

Kauai real property sales for February 2025 are reflected in the graph above. 32 Kauai residential homes,  7 vacant Kauai land properties, and 18 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai, totaling 57 transactions, for the month of February 2025.  The Koloa district led sales with 24transactions, followed by Lihue with 10 transactions , followed by Kapaa with 9 transactions, followed by Hanalei and Waimea with 7 transactions each.
