Kauai real estate transactions for the month of August 2019 are reflected on the graph above. 53 Kauai residential homes, 13 vacant Kauai land properties and 21 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the 8th month in 2019. The Koloa district led sales with 33 transactions, followed by the Lihue district with 21 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 13 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 18 transactions, and Waimea with 2 transactions.
