Kauai real estate transactions for the month of August 2018 are reflected on the graph above. 52 Kauai residential homes, 16 vacant Kauai land properties and 31 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in August 2018. The Koloa district led sales with 33 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 24 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 20 transactions, followed by Lihue with 15 transactions each, and Waimea with 7 transactions.
