Kauai real estate transactions for the month of December 2016 are reflected on the graph above. 55 Kauai residential homes, 15 vacant Kauai land properties and 40 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in December 2016. The Koloa district led sales with 34 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 29 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 23 transactions, followed by Lihue with 16 transactions and followed by Waimea with 8 transactions.
