Kauai real estate transactions for the month of October 2016 are reflected on the graph above. 37 Kauai residential homes, 11 vacant Kauai land properties and 29 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in October 2016. The Koloa district led sales with 29 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 22 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 13 transactions, followed by Lihue with 10 transactions and followed by Waimea with 2 transactions.
