Kauai real estate transactions for the month of October 2015 are reflected on the graph above. 48 Kauai residential homes, 7 vacant Kauai land properties and 31 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in October 2015. The Kapaa district led sales with 25 transactions, followed by Koloa & Hanalei tied with 23 transactions each, followed by Lihue with 14 transactions, and Waimea with 1 transaction.
