Kauai real estate transactions for the month of August 2015 are reflected on the graph above. 54 Kauai residential homes, 9 vacant Kauai land properties and 15 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in August 2015. The Kapaa district led sales with 25 transactions, followed by Hanalei with 17 transactions, Lihue with 16 transactions, Koloa with 14 transactions, and Waimea with 6 transactions.
