Kauai real estate transactions for the month of May 2015 are reflected on the graph above. 51 Kauai residential homes, 10 vacant Kauai land properties and 40 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai in May 2015. The Hanalei district led sales with 29 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 27 transactions, Lihue with 21 transactions, Koloa with 20 transactions, and Waimea with 4 transactions.
