The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of April 2014 is reflected on the graph above. 40 residential homes, 21 vacant land properties, and 32 Kauai condos were sold for the island of Kauai in April 2014. The Kapaa district led sales with 36 transactions, followed by Koloa with 22 transactions, Hanalei with 19 transactions, Lihue with 14 transactions and Waimea with 2 transactions.
