The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of March 2014 is reflected on the graph above. 46 residential homes, 13 vacant land properties, and 22 Kauai condos were sold for the island of Kauai in March 2014. The Koloa district led sales with 28 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 21 transactions, Hanalei with 14 transactions, Lihue with 13 transactions and Waimea with 5 transactions.
