Kauai property sales for September 2020 are reflected in the graph above. 49 Kauai residential homes, 13 vacant Kauai land properties, and 30 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of September. The Koloa district led sales with 26 transactions, followed by Kapaa and Hanalei with 25 transactions each, followed by Lihue with 11 transactions, and Waimea with 5 transactions. Here is a September 2020 and September 2019 monthly comparison. 2020 Kauai home sales decreased by 4% compared to 2019 home sales. 2020 Kauai condo sales increased by 30% compared to 2019 condo sales.
