The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of December 2013 is reflected on the graph above. 41 residential homes, 19 vacant land properties, and 20 Kauai condos were sold for the island of Kauai in December 2013. The Koloa (Poipu) district lead sales with 26 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 25 transactions, Lihue with 15 transactions, Hanalei with 11 transactions and Waimea with 3 transactions.
