The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of November 2013 is reflected on the graph above. 30 residential homes, 19 vacant land properties, and 26 Kauai condos were sold for the island of Kauai in November 2013. The Koloa (Poipu) district lead sales with 24 transactions, followed by Kapaa with 21 transactions, Hanalei with 20 transactions, Lihue with 10 transactions.
