Position is for a full-time Resident Manager I to work at Waimea Hauka’i, a 34-unit affordable housing property located in Waimea, HI (Kauai). Qualified Candidate is required to live onsite. Candidate must have 1+ year of experience in affordable housing property management. Yardi experience a plus. Candidate must have a HI real estate license or be able to obtain one within 9 months of hire.
