The number of Kauai real estate transactions for the month of July 2013 is reflected on the graph above. Kapaa (15) led home sales, with Koloa (12) right behind, for the month of July. Lihue led condo sales for July with 17 condo transactions, ranging from $43,000 for a Kauai Beach Resort condo to $495,000 for a Kauai Beach Villas condo. Koloa led total sales for July 2013, with 26 real estate transactions. (see previous blog posts for prior months)
