Kauai property sales for May 2020 are reflected in the graph above. 19 Kauai residential homes, 6 vacant Kauai land properties, and 24 Kauai condos were sold on the island of Kauai for the month of April. The Koloa district led sales with 16 transactions, followed by Lihue with 14 transactions, Hanalei with 10 transactions, Kapaa with 7 transactions, and Waimea with 2 transactions.
